Demo rx450h I brought this most expensive demo SUV, and after I find out there have some damage in the frond and real bumper, the salesman and the Directeur who I brought this most expensive demo SUV, and after I find out there have some damage in the frond and real bumper, the salesman and the Directeur who drove this car never told me, and now I still discuss with them how to fix it, the car is very expensive, I can’t expect there have some scratch and damage . Then now the service group which the first couple of years was great but turned the complete opposite in the last year or so (2015-2017). They give estimation on how much the repair would be but at the end the bill would be way over happened quite often the last time was over 900$. This is not the only problem when we ask why, they bring up different things that was never requested. Total xxxxxxxx would never come back to buy a car or get a car serviced from them. More
