We were looking for the XLE model in a grey colour and once locating one online in Lethbridge, we made the trip from Medicine Hat and the vehicle was waiting for us to take out for a test drive! Ryan described many of the vehicles features and answered all our questions. When we returned to make financial arrangements, Lauren had a snack waiting for us! Our daughter waited in customer lounge playing on the computer during our visit to the dealership! We would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle through this dealership! More

Amazing experience My experience with Lethbridge Toyota has been wonderful. I live in Ontario and had my eyes on the Tundra TRD Pro that they had on the lot. Even though My experience with Lethbridge Toyota has been wonderful. I live in Ontario and had my eyes on the Tundra TRD Pro that they had on the lot. Even though it was quite some ways away I committed to flying in and driving the truck home. I was picked up at the airport and on my way in only a couple hours. May I add, a travel voucher was offered. Everything was ready and perfect. My questions were answered thoroughly. I also got to meet some of the staff, everyone was friendly and amazing. I can't say enough about the follow ups. They make themselves available and return calls promptly. I drove 20 some hours to return home and I would do it again any day for this kind of service! So pleased with my experience! More
