Within a day we had the vehicle and deal in place, all done with us being 5 hours away in Spruce Grove (with that said, my schedule could not get me down to Lethbridge, so they delivered it up here, and picked up my old vehicle!!!!!). We have been dealing with Lethbridge Toyota for 12 years now, and even though we have moved 5 hours away, they are still our #1 go to dealer, you cannot beat the customer service from all their departments. I cannot say enough about Reid and the service we have received with the 5 vehicles we have dealt with him (4 Tacomas and 1 Sequoia), and 1 with Lethbridge Toyota before that (Rav 4). After we first moved from Lethbridge, we dealt with another Toyota dealership (another Sequoia) in the Calgary area, where we were living, it was okay, but not Lethbridge Toyota okay. It was then we made the commitment that no matter where we were, we would deal with Reid and Lethbridge Toyota. The one thing that really sticks out in our dealings with them was the purchase of our second vehicle from them (2003 used Sequoia) with the trade in of our Rav 4. I was working out of town and my wife went in to look at what they had, she started dealing with Andrea Ulmer on finding one. Andrea kept in touch with her as she checked across Canada, and then down in the States where she found one, a great deal in the end with the vehicle we ended up getting. Just the way how my wife was treated, as she did most of the dealing, with Andrea and Reid on that vehicle just shows how everyone who walks in that door is treated. Our kids are coming to the point of purchasing their first new vehicles in the near future, we have told them we will drive them down to Lethbridge when the time comes, as Reid does a great job on making sure the deal fits your needs and that the vehicle is all ready when you show up to drive it away.
