He also explained the difference between financing and leasing options, so we could be as informed as possible when making this decision. Logan gave us a step-by-step process of financing our car once we decided on the new Prius. He was straight-up about what was and wasn't included in our warranty. The experience was stress-free. They were friendly, accommodating (we drove from Medicine Hat), helpful, and addressed all of our concerns. They are very professional and knowledgeable and we felt comfortable dealing with them. We know that Toyota has a great reputation for vehicles so there was never an issue with the make of car we were going to buy, but Dan Barbuscio went out of his way to help us work through the maze of choices. Even after we left from that first visit, his quick response phoning and emailing to answer all of our questions was much appreciated. Screcko Ponjavic made the financing part relatively painless, and his friendly and laid back personality helped to put us at ease during the process! All of the folks there seem to be friendly and eager to help - great atmosphere! We will likely make the trip there for servicing too! More

Eventually the vehicle I was wanting to buy didn't have the upgrades I needed and the timing was right that they found me a used tundra that was more than I was looking for and for a good price. The service department is even better, seeming to try to do everything they can to fix, make right things that may be wrong.... And that was before I bought a truck from them. More
