Troy told us to leave our vehicle in an empty lot in edmonton and find our own way to ft mac. We get there, and had to wait for him to come to the dealership. Did not provide a walk through as we felt rushed. As we were leaving the dealership, the gas light came on ($25000 on a vehicle and they couldn't fill the tank). On our way back to Edmonton we tried the dvd player to find it did not work. Another associate told us to drive to Camrose (another 3hours there and back) to get one of thier buddies to look at it..."i think it just needs the remote, so we ordered one and no reimbursement for fuel used and remote and head phones (which were supposed to come with). Had time to visit sherwood dodge, and they were blown away with the whole ordeal. Found out that the vehicle we have had a recall 1 month prior to us purchasing it (power steering issues) which was never done on top of the dvd player being blown and 3 main speakers fried.... What a joke ...do not visit this place and especially troy...they provided absurd customer service and were completly ignorant about the vehicles they sell...will be writing other reviews on other social media outlets...good riddens... Oh and sherwood park dodge is buying out the loan and upgrading us into a brand new vehicle with more options for the same price More

worst service ever. Dealership called me to fix a recall on my truck. They booked the appointment. I dropped off my truck and waited all day. At the end of the day they called me to say they never got it into the shop and they would not be able to get it into the shop for days. I told them I had to go to work for a week and they told me they would charge me parking fees. First if they can't even schedule their own shop time, this says alot. I could see if I just dropped off my truck. They booked it in two weeks ahead of their schedule. Second the service manager would not even return my phone calls or ever did. Business like this hurt other businesses because now I will travel to Edmonton for my service and I will also do the rest of my shopping. This is not the first time I have had horrible service there. Do not buy a vehicle from this dealer or service your vehicle there. I can't believe this day it could ve that bad. I hope this helps someone so they don't have to go through this More

Run, dont walk, as fast and as far as you can. We were dumb enough to go back and got a 2008.5 Diesel Jeep Grand Cherokee, the first oil change cost us $500, we never went back for maintenance again. But they called one day for a "warrenty service" to make sure everything was ok. Went to pick it up and they charged us $2500 for the "warrenty service" and tried to tell us that it needed $5000 in other work done, and it wasnt safe to drive on the road. A real mechanic went over a week later, it needed new breaks...we will never darken their door again. More

Not only did they not fix it after 3 visits, but the experiences were bad enough that she sold her jeep and bought a GMC. I also owned a Nitro that was having problems and was on the verge of breaking down. The service writer told me I could get in in a month.... A MONTH!! I told her it couldn't wait that long as it was stalling like crazy. I asked her if there was any kind of emergency appointments and she said no. So I took it elsewhere to fix it and then also traded it for a GMC. Glad I won't be having to deal with them ever again. More

Worst overall experience possible. Sales are extremely pushy. Don't give you all the details until they have you locked in with a down payment.
