This Dealership is the worst! They delivered a vehicle with absolutely no oil in it. Over 700km with no oil. They stated they had a “ service date “ in September 2025 on the vehicle. Which was a complete lie. If such services were done on it why did I receive it with no fluids? However they did offer to cover the cost on the oil change, I took my vehicle to a shop 3 days after receiving it via delivery. They found multiple items wrong with the unit, rear toe links needed to be replaced as it was causing the tires to be worn unevenly, The air filter oil lid needed screws replaced, and a cabin air filter, wipers. Totalling close to $900.00. They informed me and I quote “ Taylor Thomson: Please contact your sales team to discuss this matter further. No one here approved repairs, you decided on your own without getting approval for your sales team to pay for these repairs. This is the service department, not the sales department. All repairs are approved through the sales department as we did not sell the vehicle. and I only approved for oil change as a gesture to you “ Proper gesture would have been to properly make sure vehicles are thoroughly inspected and serviced prior to leaving their lot. And, I don’t know maybe taking accountability and responsibility. More

I thought that Canadian businesses are generally more honest than others but that dream was shattered after a purchase from this dealership. Not recommended . If you have no other options in buying a used car then take the vehicle to an independent inspection station and got it checked inside out. Don't trust a word they utter. Consider your self behind enemy lines and no one can be trusted, :) More

I had a troubling experience with Hyundai Leduc regarding my 2024 Hyundai Elantra. I initially agreed to Maintenance #3, which cost $500. However, shortly after, I faced a financial emergency and tried to sw my 2024 Hyundai Elantra. I initially agreed to Maintenance #3, which cost $500. However, shortly after, I faced a financial emergency and tried to switch to Maintenance #1 within 5 minutes. I was routed to service advisor, who told me the manager was too busy to talk to me directly. She informed me that the switch wasn't possible because work had already begun. Despite my situation, service advisor said I could either accept the completed work or take my vehicle back without service. This lack of empathy and rigid response was disappointing and made a difficult situation worse. I hope Hyundai reviews this approach to customer service. More
