I was introduced to Nick, who couldn't have made the experience easier. He was super friendly, made me feel comfortable, very personable and polite. He understood my needs and answered all my questions patiently. He is very knowledgable regarding vehicles and is very passionate about what he does. He always was easy to get in touch with via text (which is great!) Everyone at LCM are fantastic ! I hope that Nick gets appropriate recognition for the excellent job he did. Best car buying experience ever I expected that I would buy a new to me car at the local competitor. LCM had a similar car on-line at a much better price so I went over to look at it I expected that I would buy a new to me car at the local competitor. LCM had a similar car on-line at a much better price so I went over to look at it. The dealership is in a brand new building and the atmosphere is friendly yet low-key when you walk through the door. The receptionist hooked me up with Nick. Don't be put off by his youth. The guy knows his stuff! He went outside in a driving thunderstorm to bring the car I wanted to look at into the garage so I could stay dry. He offered to accompany me on the test drive, also in the middle of the raging storm, to tell me about the car and to chat. He's very personable, polite, and helpful. He did try to upsell me a bit but that's his job - I wouldn't expect anything less! I also enjoyed working with Peter to make the deal. I won't say that there was no pressure but there was good pressure. I sincerely think that they wanted a win-win situation and it's my impression that we achieved that. I'm now the proud owner of a slightly used Mazda CX-5. Nick texted me with questions as he was getting the licensing done and everything went very smoothly. I intend to get the car serviced at the dealership and look forward to working with London City Mazda in the future. Very highly recommended. More

12 month 24 km warranty service A very friendly reception as I entered the service bay.Service mgr. knew my name by looking at her appointment page and the reason for my visit.Servic A very friendly reception as I entered the service bay.Service mgr. knew my name by looking at her appointment page and the reason for my visit.Service was prompt and the service technician appeared to know what he was doing.Service manager undertook to satisfy a nonwarranty issue at no cost to me as they recognized a swampy smell from the ac unit in a new vehicle well maintained should not be occuring.This situation is recognized by Mazda as they have produced 31 pages of print suggesting corrective measures.I much appreciate the offer made by the dealership and I look forward to a return viisit to have it corrected when materials are received.I drive a2013 Mazda CX9 and next week I drive to Ottawa,at the end of July to Nova Scotia and I trust the AC unit will smell much better.This is my second MAZDA and I promote them as a quality vehicle. More

Amazing experience I had no intention of buying a new car. I went on the lot to look. It had been in the back of my head to price out my options and see what was out the I had no intention of buying a new car. I went on the lot to look. It had been in the back of my head to price out my options and see what was out there but I didn't believe I could get a trade for the loan owing on my current Mazda. Jasmine said "leave it to me and we'll see what we can do". We went out on a test drive and I LOVED the new 2014 Mazda 3 GS. It fit all my requirements and rode like a dream. I was still panicked that I wouldn't be able to afford it though. I gave Jasmine all the details of my current vehicle (I didn't have it with me) and left her to work. Within a very short time she made me an offer I would have been stupid to refuse, and I'm not stupid. The Mazda I had then I got an amazing trade on and she worked it so that my payments on the 2014 were THE SAME as what my 2007 was. A 7 year newer vehicle, 15 km on it for the same amount bi-weekly? Sign me up. She put me through to Mallory and I was approved within the hour. Kim made sure it was all shined up for me on delivery day and I'm still loving it.
