Technical knowledge, great listening skills and not a phoney bone in her body. This was how car shopping should be. I was dreading continuing with my car shopping after walking out of a number of dealerships. The minute we walked in the door - I knew we would be leaving with a car. Jasmine was a trusted partner in my decision; there was never any pressure to close the deal. I remain very satisfied that I made the right purchase, and am proud of my new purchase. Had an Amazing experience with the dealership and staff A was the first time I was dealing with London City Mazda and I am sure it won't be the last time. I wanted to buy a new Mazda CX-9 2016. This car was A was the first time I was dealing with London City Mazda and I am sure it won't be the last time. I wanted to buy a new Mazda CX-9 2016. This car was a new launch and not many were available in the market. Brady along with other staff went out of the way to help me find one. Unfortunately the new car was difficult to find and I ended up buying the demo CX9 signature trim. All through the process I gave them call almost everyday and not even once I got a curt reply. All the staff were always corteuos and polite. Brady also went out of the way to loan me a car for a few days till the time they were locating my new car. This is a great dealership and good customer service is what you will always get. More
Great dealership and even better staff! We were out looking for a new vehicle to replace our 2009 Mazda 6, not sure if we were going to get a Mazda or other make. After meeting with Billy an We were out looking for a new vehicle to replace our 2009 Mazda 6, not sure if we were going to get a Mazda or other make. After meeting with Billy and talking to everyone at London City Mazda our decision was clear, we would get a new Mazda and from LCM. We test drove a Mazda 3, a Mazda CX3, and a Mazda CX5, the CX5 just felt right. The trade-in price was good and with Mazda's loyalty program we got a great price. Mallory was also great, working out all the financing and answering all of our questions. This dealership is so welcoming to people and we had to go back for a quick service call and the service department was also just as welcoming. More

Love the new Mazda3 Sport GT. I was looking for a new car with one major criteria, the car had to fit my 15 foot long garage. So I looked at several cars and really not think Mazda I was looking for a new car with one major criteria, the car had to fit my 15 foot long garage. So I looked at several cars and really not think Mazda. That was until I walked in to London City Mazda and was approached by salesmen Brady Peters. Brady was easy to talk to and didn't push anything on me. He sat down and took the time to find out my needs before he made any suggestions on a car. Once we had the style of car Brady was even going to remove all the cars out of the show to get the only car they had with a manual transmission out of the show room. The first test drive in a Mazda 3 Sports GS was nice loved the car. When I went back to test drive the second time with my wife, Brady was out with other customers so some of the other sales reps assisted my with no questions. They to made me and my wife feel right at home and helped out. The second test drive started out in the same GS model that | took out a week before, but we ended up sitting in a GT model. After a short drive in that and keeping half the staff past closing time, they just asked me to take the car for the night to see how I like it. This Mazda 3 Sport GT is now sitting in my garage permanently. I would recommend that if you are looking for a new car to stop in and say "HI" to London City Mazda, they will not disappoint you. More

The technician Chris Blackwood always comes out and gives us an update on our Mazda. I met Jasmine Vegsgo, in sales while waiting for service a few months ago. She was so nice and I thoroughly enjoyed conversing with her. I thought if I ever traded in the MX5, I would surely come to see her. My husband and I decided to try to trade in both our 2010 Honda Accord and our 2007 Mazda MX5. We visited several dealerships in London looking at mid-size SUV's. My husband was sold on the Chevrolet Equinox until we looked at the Mazda MX5 with Jasmine. It was a better deal than the Equinox with more safety features and added fuel economy. Jasmine took the time to show us all the features and benefits that come with the technology and quality of the vehicle. My husband was sold. Thank you Jasmine. More
