Another wonderful car purchase I purchased my first car from London City Mazda when they first opened 3 years ago. Jasmine was wonderful then so I had no hesitation going back to he I purchased my first car from London City Mazda when they first opened 3 years ago. Jasmine was wonderful then so I had no hesitation going back to her when I heard they were holding a great event. I was contemplating upgrading my Mazda3 to a newer, sportier version. I had hoped the payments would be reasonable. Once again Jasmine said "leave it to me" and i'm now the proud new owner of a 2017 Mazda 3 Sport GT with reasonable, manageable payments that is the gorgeous colour that I requested. She had to search Ontario but she was quick off the mark and got the only vehicle that met my specifications in Ontario for me within the week. I couldn't be happier. My husband never hears "hon, do you want to drive" anymore. In fact, he hasn't driven my new car yet ! More

Amazing team helped us into our brand new CX5! We visited over the weekend as there was an incentive for current Mazda owners. Once we were ready to come into the showroom we were promptly greated by Brady who listened to our needs to make sure that he could offer us the best possible options, again no pressure just great information to help us make an informed decision. As he walked us through the lot he was very knowledgeable about all the cars and options! The whole team worked to help us get a great new car at a price that made us very happy! We also appreciate the sales manager Jamie and all he did to help make this as smooth as possible. Jen in finance was fantastic at walking us through all the numbers and to make sure we had the proper protection on our new vehicle. We need to also mention that we had our 2 small children with us and he whole staff was awesome letting them explore safely and Brady even turned cartoons on the TV and watched the kids while we completed the paperwork so that both my husband and I could pay attention (talk about service!!). Upon pick up Brady expertly walked me through all the features, made sure everything was in order and that I had his contact information if I needed any suppprt. We can't say enough about our experience, in fact my mother from kitchener is considering coming to London for her next car purchase after hearing about our experience! More

The people of London City Mazda are genuinely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. This was not the root canal without anesthetic experience I was dreading when my old car's death rattles sent me off car shopping. Instead, the fantastic Jasmine asked me what I was looking for, driving habits, etc and quickly prepped a few options. A couple test drives later, a painless purchasing experience and I had my new car for an extremely fair price. If you're considering a Mazda (which you really should be) then Jasmine and her colleagues at London City Mazda should be your first stop. More
