We are usually Dodge/Chrysler customers, we own a 2010 Dodge Ram Laramie and we were looking to trade in our 2007 Jeep Wrangler on a larger passenger vehicle. One of the first 2012 Yukon XL's that we found was located at London City Chrysler. My husband and I emailed online asking for more information and within an hour Jeff replied to both of us. His email was informative and friendly right from the start. We told him we were from out of town and we would like to make arrangements to see it the following Monday.
