We have now bought our last 2 vehicles at this dealership. We now live over 7 hours away but love this dealership so much that we weren't even entertaining the thought of purchasing in our own tow dealership. When we first talked with Greg Proulx over the phone he was very friendly and informative. He gave us all the information we needed to make this decision while being far away. Buying a vehicle over the phone isn't easy, but Greg made it easy for us. Over our many phone calls and emails he answered all of our questions with a positive attitude and was always ready and willing to do whatever is was that needed to be done. One of the biggest things that we thank Greg for is lowering our interest rate by half!! This significant drop financially made our vision of owning a newer vehicle become a reality. We can't thank Greg enough for all the hard work he put in for us - he made this happen from a distance! Price and affordability is an issue and they ensure we get the best vehicle for our money. But this time Matt knew we wanted a new Jeep and what options we wanted. We were having guests over for dinner and were not able to make it to the dealership so Matt drove one over that fit the criteria and she was beautiful! He went in the house and hung out while we test drove the new car. When we got back we discussed the details and made the deal over a beverage.
