Chris explained the door features, (which my daughter thought was cool) he explained some of the other features on the vehicle and also the bonus package that was available at this time. He did not put any pressure on me to make a purchase, (like some other dealerships do...Ford) and this I really liked. We returned the next day and made the purchase of the 2013 Dodge Journey Crew.
