Above and Beyond I was wary of the car buying experience when I started this journey, as I had not had good luck at previous dealerships. I found the car I wanted on the London City Chrysler website, and requested a test drive. Rob called me within an hour of my request, and I was in the vehicle half an hour later. Throughout the experience, Rob was very easy to get along with, he listened well, and he was genuinely interested in helping me find what I was looking for. He offered other options in my price range, just for comparison, and wasn't aggressive at all when it came time to make a decision. I felt like I was sharing this experience with a friend, not a "sales person." I never once felt pressured or pushed, I was guided easily through the process based on what I said I wanted. I purchased the vehicle from Rob with no hesitation, and he was even good enough to arrange a fast delivery on it, as I needed the vehicle before the end of the week for a work trip. Rob was more than accomodating with this request. When the time came for me to pick up the vehicle, he was just as excited as I was to take it home, and his excitement was genuine. Unfortunately I encountered a small problem with my purchased vehicle, the same day I picked it up, and even though it wasn't an issue anyone could have seen coming, everyone at the dealership, especially Rob, bent over backward to make sure the issue was fixed properly, and before my end-of-week deadline. I was able to drop the car off that same night, and pick it up in less than 24 hours. Rob was with me every step of the way, even making sure the vehicle I was given to drive in the interim was acceptable to me, and not just any old car off the lot. That was the kind of above-and-beyond service I wasn't expecting, but was very appreciative of. Honestly, I can't say enough good about Rob and London City Chrysler as a whole. I have already recommended him to several friends who are looking at purchasing vehicles, and will continue to do so. Rob makes sure his customers are taken care of, and that they find exactly what they are looking for. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. More

Check engine light horror story. Let me start by saying that the horror lies with another dealership and not London City Chrysler! My check engine light came on in my 12 year old Vib Let me start by saying that the horror lies with another dealership and not London City Chrysler! My check engine light came on in my 12 year old Vibe, knowing I would need an emissions test in May, I set out to get it fixed. I booked it in at another dealership to get some recall work done, by this time I had already had the code read on my car and knew what the problem was. The "other" dealership quoted me a price and told me what work needed to be done. I knew that they were being untruthful when they told me 2 codes were coming up, also the parts listed were not the parts required and my car would have had to return for more work. I decided not to get the work done there and a friend suggested London City Chrysler. I couldn't be more pleased with the service. My car was showing one code and was fixed with the proper part at $180 less than quoted by the other dealership. I'll be returning to have my emissions test done (as it failed because of the check engine light) and I will also have them as my go to service shop. Bruce was helpful and friendly and the Courtesy Van got me to and from work without any problems! More

We had gone to the dealership to look at the 2013 Dodge Darts that were on clearout only to be told they were all sold. Jay showed us a brand new 2014 and we were hooked! The pricing, discounts and trade in worked out to our favor and we purchased the vehicle. James, my sales person, listened to what I was looking for and wasn't pushing anything that I didn't want or thought I might need, which made it much more enjoyable experience. The other positive was when we entered the dealership, a receptionist was quick to great us and made sure that we were talking to sales person quickly. And finally on the delivery date of the vehicle, without even knowing it, I was talking to the owner of the dealership which was great as we had a nice conversation about this vehicle and the overall experience of buying a vehicle at his dealership compared to passed purchases at other dealerships.
