Within 10 seconds of walking into the dealership we had a friendly hello. After asking Randy if there was any Patriots on the lot, he led us outside where they were. He was very friendly and seemed like he would bend over backwards if I asked him to. As a young couple, (25 and 24 years old) we usually dont get taken completely seriously when in situations where major purchases could be made, so it was nice to be treated like an adult and with respect. During the test drive we fell in love with the vehicle. Anything that Randy could have done to make our experience better, he did. After making the decision over the weekend, we purchased the Patriot on the monday. Randy pulled out all the stops and gave us all the information we needed and treated us fairly. The rest of the staff we dealt with was pleasant as well. After buying the vehicle, Randy connected our cell phone to the blue tooth and showed us how the satellite radio worked. So even after we were done buying it, he was still answering our questions which is the best that I can ask for. Thanks to the London City Chrysler staff and to Randy Smith personally. We had many questions about different packages and models, Jay went out into the pouring rain multiple times to pull a new one into the service bay. He went over all the option in great detail so we had a good understanding. The whole experience was very laid back. There was never any pressure and uncomfortable moments. I must have email or called Chris a dozen time and always got a response very quickly. He definitely made the experience hassle free. To top it off while we were completing some paperwork the General Manager Jeff pushed our son around in his stroller to keep him occupied. All around they have a great team at London City Chrysler.
