Seve understood what we were looking for and didn't try and persuade us to look at other models, or upsell to a higher priced vehicle. He worked hard to get us a deal and he did a great job. We were very satisfied with the vehicle and the deal that we received. We never felt pressured at any point and honestly felt that he was doing everything he could to get us the deal we wanted. In my opinion he went above and beyond - at least certainly from anything I have ever experienced with a dealership. It is guys like Seve that break the sterotype of car salesmen. It is also guys like Seve that will keep customers coming back! Good work man...we love our new vehicle! More

Amazing Experience Again at LCC!! My husband and I made a trip to LCC to look for a replacement vehicle. Like all car shoppers, we had a wish list. In the beginning, it appeared we e My husband and I made a trip to LCC to look for a replacement vehicle. Like all car shoppers, we had a wish list. In the beginning, it appeared we each had different priorities. We spent the better part of a Saturday with James, discussing and test driving anything and everything; eventually looping back to the vehicle I initially wanted but wrote off because it is not offered in a stick shift, the Cherokee. Jason, and others on staff stayed after hours to complete the paperwork. The team sourced out a vehicle that matched all the specs I wanted and I had it weeks earlier than if I needed to order it. Knowing that once the vehicle arrived we wanted it to enjoy for the weekend, I am sure the team pushed to have it ready for us Friday instead of Saturday. Buying our 2007 Wrangler from LCC in 2009 was great, and returning to buy MY JEEP was even better. Seve was very knowledgeable about the different Jeeps I was considering, was awesome about test drives, and really explained all my options to me. Justin was amazing! He really went above and beyond when it came to the financing of my 2015 Jeep Cherokee. We had a bunch of really unusual circumstances and obstacles, and at no point whatsoever did Justin give up or even show a hint of being annoyed, which I was (no fault of LCC, my previous dealer being extremely difficult to work with). At the end of the day, Justin got me in my new Jeep, which I am LOVING, and I couldn't be happier with the way things turned out. Definitely would recommend LCC and Justin and Seve for sure! More
