She then gave me some great advice about makes and models of vehicles according to what I wanted and she passed this information off to Rob. Even before my first appointment with Rob he already had an idea of what he was going to show me and had prepared vehicles for me to drive. This made the choosing process so much easier. Rob was very honest and was a no pressure sales person. I ended up buying a 2015 Jeep Compass. After getting the vehicle home we notice that the CD player did not work, there was a small stone chip in the windshield and one of the doors made a noise when opened. I called Tamara and she was able to get my vehicle looked at right away. The loaner vehicle was not big enough to accommodate my needs so talking with Joanna at the service counter she was able to switch the vehicles right away with no problems. My Jeep was fixed in a day with a new CD player, the chip in the windshield was filled and the door was fixed all at no cost. This team worked exceptionally well together. The service provided was outstanding, the communication was clear and they were very flexible with my time lines. I would definitely recommend this team to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Exceptional Customer Service from Bruce The dreaded "Check Engine" light came on in my 2012 Grand Caravan so I booked it in with Bruce for servicing. It ended up being a very expensive $600 The dreaded "Check Engine" light came on in my 2012 Grand Caravan so I booked it in with Bruce for servicing. It ended up being a very expensive $600+ repair and I am just barely outside of my warranty. Bruce was very thorough in explaining what the issue was and why it is important to get it looked after. Unfortunately, such a large unexpected expense came at a very bad time so I had to decline the repair and *hope* that it wouldn't create a bigger issue before trading up to a 2017 van when they become available. Within 30 minutes Bruce had contacted me back to advise that because the warranty had only just expired that they would cover the repair and diagnostic charge because it was more important that my family be in a safe vehicle. Within a few hours he called to say that everything had been repaired and it was ready for pick up. This is an example of why I will continue to deal exclusively with London City Chrysler for my vehicles and why I will be returning next year for my new van.
