However having dealt with Matt for over eight years for various purchases it says something as to why I keep going back to him. Matt always will find time for you before during and even after the process. He listens to your concerns and always works with you until you are satisfied. Whenever I stop by his office with a concern he welcomes me like an old friend. I would recommend Matt to anyone buying a new vehicle. Recall service/ service estimate &repair two visits First visit to LCC l booked recall service and estimate for repair on my new to me 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee.. Repair estimate was completed and was i First visit to LCC l booked recall service and estimate for repair on my new to me 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee.. Repair estimate was completed and was informed that the Tech 536 said recall parts not in stock. After having 4 business days from the booking of appointment to service appointment. At service cashier counter where I paid for the estimates I asked why the parts were not there. She called the parts department and they said the parts were in stock. I therefore had to make another appointment. For the second service went back for recall service and to find out why the check engine light was on since the previous service. I didn't drive until l brought back in for recall service. . Had that problem diagnosed. Authorized the repair. Had a call from Tina (Great Service Advisor) saying repairs and recalls all completed. When shuttle brought me in (also great staff) they couldn't find my Jeep. It was then discovered that the tech (331) completed paperwork but that the part was not yet there so service not complete. Communication problem. I waited another 30+ minutes after I paid for repair to finally go and retrieve vehicle. Had also asked to have "perform service" cleared from monitor. When I went to vehicle that service was not performed. A service advisor not sure his name tried to clear code. It didn't work. Had to come back in again and Tina went and got a tech to fix problem. That was two extra visits to Tina to get problem fixed. Your front of the house staff are fantastic but in my opinion your techs are not. I don't think I am being unrealistic to expect the service I request to be completed, not for me to chase the work down or a reasonable explanation. After all the time wasted, problems and stress I have encountered I will find another Chrysler dealership to provide service to my vehicle. I will not be coming back. Totally dissatisfied. More

DON Layland Bought a car from here 3 years ago and have nothing but problems, Don Layland was my service adviser and at first came off like a friendly guy, unt Bought a car from here 3 years ago and have nothing but problems, Don Layland was my service adviser and at first came off like a friendly guy, until I went above his head and spoke to the parts manager regarding my vehicle and how many times I've brought it in and the problems not being resolved , The parts manager was friendly and put me in a loner car until my car was fixed so I thought, until I received a phone call from Don demanding I bring the loner back and schedule a appointment for my car the following week say my car was safe to drive, how do you no its safe to drive if you don't even no what the problem is, he refused to transfer me to his manager, or to anyone for that matter, he is very unprofessional, and rude, I did call the FCA and put in a complaint and I will not rest there, he should look for another job as it's obvious he doesn't enjoy his, I paid for a warranty which is still effective on my car, I've brought my car in over 30 times in the last 3 years and im still having issues, buyers beware More
