Not a Challenge Buying a New Car The McHardy's have been helping my parents buy cars for over 24 years, so naturally I followed their footsteps when it was time to buy my first car. I The McHardy's have been helping my parents buy cars for over 24 years, so naturally I followed their footsteps when it was time to buy my first car. I had the advantage of knowing what car I wanted, I test drove a used Dodge Challenger, and signed the papers that day. The experience was incredible; The dealership is welcoming, friendly, and everyone is willing to help a customer out. Thank you London City for such a positive buying experience! More

Lack of diesel knowledge. I wrote a review on Facebook so I figured I would do another review here. My 2014 dodge ram 3500 was burning coolant and had several codes regardi I wrote a review on Facebook so I figured I would do another review here. My 2014 dodge ram 3500 was burning coolant and had several codes regarding nox sensor. I called before I took my truck in to confirm that the mechanics had knowledge of diesels and I was ensured that the were able to do the work on my truck. I drive in the service bay and it's great. The service consultant was nice, wrote down everything I told her and answered my questions. Good start. A few hours go by then I get a phone call. The nox sensor was replaced under warranty in november and it still looks new so it's a faulty wire (faulty wire will be important later). If I agreed to the service it would have been hourly rate at however many hours it took. I said no because to the repair because I can live with a check engine light for a sensor until I could afford to do the repair. So they put the nox sensor and related stuff back together. Next to diagnose the burning coolant. I was going through about 2L every two or three days They did all the normal checks for coolant leaks and burning (head gasket, pressure tested, egr). They found no reason why I would be burning coolant and in the bill it's written checked egr no coolant found*(That sentence will be important later). The next option I was suggested was to pay hourly rate at 13 hours to have the engine ripped apart to see where the coolant could be getting through. Again I said no because I didn't think we were at that step plus a couple grand labour and tax. I pick up my truck and get a bill of almost $300 to find out absolutely nothing more than when I went in with. I jump in my truck start it and the dash lights up like a Christmas tree and warning chimes. Pretty much every service message came up and low battery voltage. So at this point I'm upset I'm thinking to myself great I just spent $300 to find out nothing and now my truck is in worst shape now then when it went in. I go back inside tell a service consultant since mine went home and she said she'll leave a note for mine to see the next day. Fine, I go outside and the porter jumps in my truck and stalls it (it's a 6 speed). Stalling in front of an upset customer can make an upset customer more upset. The next afternoon I hadn't heard back so I called my service consultant and she tells me I don't think it's anything the mechanic did it probably has something to do with the codes your truck had when you brought it in. Why sat that after the mechanic messed around with pulling a bunch of stuff apart and putting it back together? Got a loaner car and the issue turned out to be that the positive battery cable was loose. So I call a shop that know diesels told him my issue over the phone. He immediately said egr cooler and nox sensor needs to be replaced since when coolant gets in them they're shot. Took it in he pulled the egr and showed me the coolant that the, dodge mechanic wrote wasn't there (written on the bill). So 1 egr cooler and 1 nox sensor (remember earlier I said the mechanic said the sensor was fine but it was a wiring issue) later I now have a truck that isn't burning coolant and doesn't have check engine lights on or the nox related codes anymore. I originally took my truck in hoping it would be warranty work. But now I know that Lcc doesn't have the mechanics with the knowledge to diagnose diesels. Imagine had I gone through with the find the faulty wire and rip apart the engine diagnosis? Id be thousands of dollars in and still wouldn't have an answer. Live and learn. But I personally will not take my truck back to Lcc for work to be done. If you have a diesel I'd suggest to keep looking for a dealer that can do diesel work. Anything else I'm sure it's not a bad experience judging by the majority of the reviews on the service. More

This is now my third new vehic YES MAN is not even enough to describe Jay! He is the epitome of everything you could ever ask for from your sales rep. This is now my third new vehicle from Jay, and I wouldn't buy from anyone else after working with him. I also have made it a point to drive from Windsor to London, solely to buy my vehicles from Jay. I won't buy from anyone else. I started with a Dodge Dart, then Jeep Wrangler, and now... My 2016 CHARGER xxxx CAT SRT!!! It being in plum crazy purple, I wanted my keys to match, and of course the YES MAN told me "YES MA'AM!" And made my keys match my dream car. I never thought it possible to have my dream car at 26, but because of Jay, I was able to do so. He is genuine, caring, trustworthy, and completely dedicated to you as a client no matter what you need. He is the first person that comes to mind for anything pertaining to my cars, and will always be my car "guy" for the rest of my life. Thank you Jay for making my dreams come true! - Giselle More

The experien I put off applying for a new vehicle as my husband and I have not had the best experience in the past, not all that bad but not the best. The experience I had at London City Chrysler was the best I've ever had. Justin was amazing! I called and talked to Justin and two hours later we were approved and on a Friday at that! Justin explained everything to us, he was very easy to talk to and made everything stress-free. Anytime I emailed him with another question he always answered. He even arranged for us to have a loaner vehicle until our vehicle was ready. Less than a week later we were in our new vehicle with everything we wanted plus more! I would highly recommend Justin to anyone looking to get a new vehicle. More
