I've purchased my last 3 vehicles at Lauria. I've always been happy with service and was again with the work that was done this time. What bothers me, and this has happened twice, is when I phone or pop in been happy with service and was again with the work that was done this time. What bothers me, and this has happened twice, is when I phone or pop in with a question about an issue, I get an immediate, "it's not our fault" or "we didn't touch that" even though I'm not accusing anyone of anything. My most recent problem which I believe is minor required making an appointment which isn't going to happen for several weeks. I might just go to Canadian Tire. More

I had taken my car in to get looked over because there was an issue with the front end. I asked them for a list of what was wrong so I knew. But as soon as I told them I was taking my vehicle to a closer was an issue with the front end. I asked them for a list of what was wrong so I knew. But as soon as I told them I was taking my vehicle to a closer Hyundai dealership. The guy threw out the list of repairs that my vehicle needed. That is a huge inconvenience because now I have to pay for it to be looked over again.. Kind of disrespectful too to be honest.. especially when he’s telling me he threw it out because I wasn’t bringing it back there even though I asked for it to be emailed to me after he had offered to do that. Poor customer service. More

Everything was completed just as promised and most important on time. Friendly greeting on arrival and the only thing that I didn't like was at least one person beside me in the waiting room was not important on time.
