Was told when I arrived that I was not scheduled for that time in spite of having confirmed the time on line and by phone. Apparently another car had come in 15 minutes before that, same model, year a that time in spite of having confirmed the time on line and by phone. Apparently another car had come in 15 minutes before that, same model, year and colour and they assumed it was mine. If they had told me then what the error had been I would not have been annoyed. But I only learned the situation when my keys and receipt were handed to me when the call back job was done. If I hadn't asked for an explanation I would not have been offered one. On thinking back I realized I had had the same situation before during the 4 years I have owned my car. I was very concerned at the time until I knew the job was done! More
