We purchased our 2022 Tucson from Lauria and purchased a set of snow tires and rims to be installed at a later date. Was told when I arrived that I was not scheduled for that time in spite of having confirmed the time on line and by phone. Apparently another car had come in 15 minutes before that, same model, year a that time in spite of having confirmed the time on line and by phone. But I only learned the situation when my keys and receipt were handed to me when the call back job was done. If I hadn't asked for an explanation I would not have been offered one. On thinking back I realized I had had the same situation before during the 4 years I have owned my car. I was very concerned at the time until I knew the job was done! More
