I always find the entire staff I deal with in Maintenance, as well as sales to be very professional and dedicated to customer care and satisfaction. (EXAMPLE): Recently I had my car in for a Maintenance, as well as sales to be very professional and dedicated to customer care and satisfaction. (EXAMPLE): Recently I had my car in for a regular maintenance inspection and also to have the snow tires changed over to summer tires. Once there I found that I had forgotten to bring with me the special wheel nuts required for the chrome rims of my summer tires that had been stored there. The Maintenance reception staff attempted to find a way for me to return home and pick them up so I would not have to reschedule another appointment at a later date for the changeover of my tires. A solution was found, and I was able to have the inspection completed as well as the tires changed over without having to make an other appointment at a later date to have the tires changed over. Hats off for their dedication to customer care and the way the situation was handled. Patrick McCoy More
Excellent experience. What I really hate when getting service from a dealership is leaving with the feeling that I’ve been up-sold to maximize profits. That didn’t happen.
