I always have hesitations taking my car into the service centre due to previous experiences. While Blair is poilite and well mannered the information he is given to forward to the customer is questionable. centre due to previous experiences. While Blair is poilite and well mannered the information he is given to forward to the customer is questionable. This is the 3rd time we were give an expensive list of fixes to inquiries. The first was a brake related job, the second was a steel button that was estimated at replacing the whole stereo unit, another shop fixed it without cost. and most recently while my car was in for recall notices I inquired about a front driver side wheel the report came back suggesting replacing my rear callipers, my rotors were bent , ect ect ect . I again took it to another mechanic who inspected the same unrepaired breaks, rotors, callipers and said everything was okay, but the noise came from the rotors which he performed light scaling. I don’t understand how this is can be an on going trend. More
