Hi, thankyou for your response ,it wasn’t just the bad communication or lack of but also the attitude I was given by Stephanie. When I dropped off my car no one said a word to me in regards to this matter ,and the same when I picked up. I will continue to support Derek ,but will never be back at the service centre. Ashley

We work extremely hard to provide 5-Star service for each and every customer and we always want to hear how we're doing so we can keep improving. Unfortunately as your vehicle was not a Hyundai and it was not a scheduled appointment, we did not have the parts on hand and had to wait for their delivery which caused some delay. I apologize for the inconvenience having to wait at the dealership longer than anticipated.
