Stay far away from this dealership and know that they use predatory sales tactics, especially if you are a senior and don’t know a lot about buying a car. They coerced a senior family friend into extended warranties and add ons that totalled MORE than the cost of the used car they sold her and convinced her that she’d be “saving money” by borrowing through them rather than paying up front in cash. She could have bought a brand new 2025 model of the same used 2019 car they sold her for less than all the add ons they insisted that she needed. Pembroke Chrysler will look for every opportunity to lie to and exploit their customers to get more money in their pockets and they should be ashamed of themselves and their actions! More
The dealership offered to purchase our Jeep Wagoneer from us. They even offered to send a driver to pick it up. When the driver arrived, they didn't have a certified cheque for us and expected us to turn ove us. They even offered to send a driver to pick it up. I was then told that I could drive the vehicle to their dealership for the cheque. I took time off work to drive 2 hours to bring them the vehicle. When I arrived, I was told it was going to take 5 days to cut a cheque for me and expected me to leave the vehicle with them. I wasted my time and had to put unnecessary kms on a vehicle I'm trying to sell. I also turned down an auction price from another dealership and lost out on that offer by accepting theirs. More
I had the displeasure of visiting this dealership last weekend. I called on Friday inquiring about a vehicle that, when compared to many other comparable online listings, was a great price. After calling the dealership and them saying "we have the best price for this vehicle in Ontario" I committed to making the 4-HOUR DRIVE from the GTA the next day, with full intention of purchasing the vehicle. The test drive went well, but once we got to the office to talk numbers it was all downhill from there. The salesman had failed to put in the ad that vehicles purchased with cash in-full were subject to a $2000 extra-charge on top of the advertised price, and that the Autotrader price was based on financing through the dealership. Not only did they fail to put this in the ad, but they failed to take accountability for the situation and insisted I still pay it. To make matters worse, the salesman and their associate knew very well I was traveling from a very far distance and that I wanted to pay in cash full, and yet, still didn't say anything. The cherry-on-top was the "optional" warranty and anti-theft package the salesman wanted me to purchase along with the vehicle, an extra $6000+. I didn't want to purchase any of these add-ons, and they still wouldn't budge stating: "...this is the best price I can offer,...if I go any lower Il be losing money". This is a very simple and clear-cut example of false advertising and bait-and-switch pricing. To anybody in the market for a new/used vehicle in the Pembroke-area and beyond, avoid this dealership at all costs. Shame on the salesman (you know who you are), and shame on the management team that allows this to happen. The used-car salesman stereotype is alive and well at Pembroke Chrysler Dodge, Jeep & Ram. Do not take your vehicle here for any reason taking a guess at the problem shouldn't be standard we have tools diagnostics that make it easy however when you need to accurately have sone knowhow these pe guess at the problem shouldn't be standard we have tools diagnostics that make it easy however when you need to accurately have sone knowhow these people have no clue replacing parts you dont need telling lies to customers as a company that has such a high mark up you should not have to steal from hard working unsuspecting people i have bought trucks here for years my company truck family vehicles and more never again expecting a standard of quality we expected from a local dealership because its been local for many years no longer the case do your homework befor you make big purchases these people a thrives. More

I would give our local Pembroke Chysler a negative star rating if I could. My experience with them was disgusting to say the least. And while I hoped to have them be my go to place for all my future car tr rating if I could. My experience with them was disgusting to say the least. And while I hoped to have them be my go to place for all my future car trades and purchases, they are now the last place I will ever consider going to. And the same goes for all my family and friends including the ones (my dad) who also were customers of these guys...not anymore! Word of mouth goes a long way! 😏 My experience with Pembroke Chrysler right from the get go was terrible. From being pressured to make a deal, to winning a prize that I didnt receive until asking about it 7 different times, to having to request an oil change on the used car I bought because it was 2000kms past its time for a change (according to the sticker left on car) and it was not done before giving me the car. And then the kicker.....my trade in was not paid off till a month later after lies upon lies upon lies. I had payments coming out on 2 cars. I spent numerous hours on the phone getting the run around, spent 2 of my lunch hours from work sitting in the dealership bawling and crying only to be lied to some more and treated like absolute garbage. Finally after 3 trips to the dealership and demanding something be sorted out or I was going the legal route....my loan was paid. I had to sit on hold with the bank during my work hours to get this info as the dealership could not even be bothered to call me with an update. I have since sent 2 emails to the GM of the dealership in hopes of rectifying the situation and to ensure I left the whole deal with a smile on my face...as i should after signing a 40000 loan, and have yet to receive a response! The finance and business managers at Pembroke Chrysler are by far 2 of the best sales crooks I've ever encountered. As a single mom I put my trust into them and it's one of the biggest mistakes I could have made! I would encourage anyone looking to trade in or buy a vehicle to run far way from Pembroke Chrysler! You'd be better off to buy a car off Facebook Marketplace! 👎x10!! More
