Spoke with Charlie (Sales Manager) regarding our purchase and explained that we bought a vehicle from them a few months ago and the vehicle came with an extra set of summer tires and rims! Which we were very happy to have as a part of the deal. Plus we feel that we got an excellent price with no back and forth painful negotiating. “Very positive process” Anyway, we took our vehicle in to Kal Tire down the road from us and discovered that the lug nut key wasn’t in the car and they were not able to do it. Call Langley Toyota and spoke with the Sales Manager - Charlie and within only a couple of mins, he offered to take care of replacing the missing key and for our hassle he would get the service department to change the tires an no charge!
