I wouldn’t even give a one star rating. Horribly dissatisfied with the lack of customer care. Walked into the dealership to deal on a vehicle I had agreed on over email - not one person greeted us w dissatisfied with the lack of customer care. The Best! But…..need a better system for contacting customer at end of servicing. A 1 1/2 hr service became 3hrs! I desperately needed to visit the washroom, just my luck, my service advisor came to customer at end of servicing. A 1 1/2 hr service became 3hrs! I desperately needed to visit the washroom, just my luck, my service advisor came to get me when I was “busy” ( maybe 5min.!) I missed him and ended up waiting another 1 1/2 hrs. I finally went to the Service desk to see what was taking so long. Was told they had tried to get me, but I wasn’t there. Perhaps it would be an idea to also call people over the loudspeaker ( &install one in the washroom) or have a bulletin board that could be checked to see if the vehicle is ready for pick up). More
