Since we purchased a "new-brand" 2022 Venza with a very low mileage last Saturday, we have driven it very smoothly with pleasure and tranquil for three times on the road. So, as for dealership, we had a very good communication with Brahm Bindra, a gentleman in capacity of deaf customer and hearing dealer by using iPhone texting and writing notes forth and back for two days for questioning whether our dream 2023 RAV4 Prime Hybrid vehicle would happen next year. In the first place, he stated bluntly that the Prime vehicles would take a 2 to 3 years to wait and get due to "high demand and low supply". After a long week of careful consideration, we checked and studied hundreds of google reviews on RAV4 Hybrid and Venza Hybrid comparatives and similarities before making a final decision. Finally, we sat down and looked around for any available hybrid vehicles with Brahm's assistance. We really appreciated his excellent listening abilities and excellent eye contact during the dialogues, so he deserved our utmost respect for treating us equally. As for paperwork on the Venza, we had spent much time on ICBC and financial agreement even though we paid in full - it was a slow process. That's reason we gave that wholesome dealership a 4-star rating. Since we are loyal to Toyota in 1982 and we bought the Toyota 2009 Camry Hybrid from the same dealership with a free 3 oil changes, but for the drawback, as for our new Venza, we have not gotten any free oil changes at all. It is important to reveal a big difference between the past dealership and the present dealership, so we won't complain. However, my cap is tipped towards Brahm for his excellent services with patience. More
Booked Toyota rav4 prime about 2 yrs ago. Still waiting. before getting deposit they said you will get in 3 months,. When prices went up they say take your deposit. It was the first time I went to Langley Toyota to go check a suv and I met Brahm Bindra the salesman. He helped me a lot to find a good deal, he helped me find an suv rav4 for my family. Brahm Bindra is a good hearted person and explained us the deal really good and he made us feel like a family. It has an good average and a comfortable and smooth drive. I had called this dealership earlier in the week to see if they had any Tacomas for sale. No nothing. Then they call a few days later about a brand new tacoma available. My lucky day he said. Truck is offered at 15K more than it was ordered for. Okay, supply issues, hard to find. I go for it only to be told because I was paying cash and not financing they won't sell it to me. Then stated that I would try and re sell it. How could I do that at the price I was paying. Horrible experience. Very unprofessional staff. I know things are hard in the car industry right now but the way I was handled was so bad. Remember they called me! More
I made contact with this dealership via the internet on Oct. 2/22. I received an acknowledgment from a sales associate named Bobby. I told him after Thanksgiving and messaged him on October 12th that my husband & I would like to come in at 5:00 PM and take the Venza for a test drive. He confirmed he would be there at 5:00 PM to assist us. My husband & I arrived 5 minutes early, presented ourselves and waited for Bobby to appear. Twenty minutes later he greeted us and said he was too busy to look after us. He would have his assistant Dania help us when she was available. We went to the customer lounge. Dania greeted us in about 20 minutes and took us to her work station. We told her we were there to test drive a Venza. She asked if we would be financing it? I said no, we would be paying cash. She told us delivery could be around a year. I said if I like the vehicle, that’s no problem. She took copies of our driver’s licenses, brought the vehicle up to us and gave us the keys. Dania was a was very courteous, knowledgeable & professional. She did an excellent presentation of the features of the vehicle and answered all of our questions. We test drive for about 1/2 hour and returned to the lot. Dania greeted us and I told her we loved the vehicle and would like the price on the Venza Limited. My husband & I were pressed for time so we asked that the price be confirmed to me via text. Dania said no problem as Bobby had my contact information and I had given her my full name, address & phone #. Well, this is where things really went sideways. Bobby would repeated text me that his days were really busy and he didn’t have time to give me pricing. After a few days of his lack of interest & indifference, I sent a rather pointed message to him on Saturday Oct. 15/22. I surmised that his lack of interest was due to the fact that he was writing deals that would give him more immediate commissions than a vehicle being ordered with a possible 1 year delivery date. I had a few other suspicions also due to my ethnicity and that I was a woman conducting the purchase of my own vehicle. Well, I was offended and told him that I would find another dealer who would look after me without a bunch of dishonest runaround! His reply to me was “Sorry?” Well, figure that one out! I unintentionally called this guy a rude word. I apologized for this. I feel very disrespected by this dealership! I have subsequently noticed that other people say that this dealership does not want cash deals. Big mistake! This order was to be my 70th birthday present from myself and my husband. My husband & I owned & operated a business for 26 years and never ever did we treat any potential customer with such indifference & disrespect. We valued every customer whether they made a small or large purchase from us. 90% of our customers were repeat or referrals. This is invaluable to keeping your business strong. I will never darken the doors of this Toyota dealership and will discourage my friends and family from going here. Bad news travels fast! - This statement is without prejudice! More
