I bought my car almost 2 years ago, and was charged for a lot of extras that I did not need or want. Since then my banking information has changed and I have been leaving messages for the finance manager to lot of extras that I did not need or want. The company they deal with does not have a phone number, though associated with Bank of Montreal. My husband deals with the Bank of Montreal and we will find out what is going on. if we don't get an answer, we will have to drive out to Burnaby to get some answers. After the pandemic, there were no cars so I was forced to deal with them. Should have dealt with the Patterson group. More
