There was no push to sell us additional items such as undercoat/leather treatment/paint protection etc that other brands try to sell you with a car purchase. Overall we are pleased with the vehicle and the whole experience. I said forget the tires then as I am busy and not coming back for a third time so I will just get the oil change. Ship manager snapped back "are you waiting or are you leaving?" I told him I would wait and he said its going to be about an hour (in lakeridge shop time that's about 2 hours!) I said forget it and he chucked my keys across the counter... I was ready to drop about $2000 in product and service... and they got a big fat doughnut after that.. even after purchasing 3 vehicle from that lot. Customer loyalty means nothing anymore. More

Not a satisfied customer Charged August 20th 2014 for this dealer to just "look" at my 2010 Jeep Patriot which had sensor issues. With Engine light on, Gascap light on, Low t Charged August 20th 2014 for this dealer to just "look" at my 2010 Jeep Patriot which had sensor issues. With Engine light on, Gascap light on, Low tire light on, I thought maybe it was time to get it checked. I had a dental appointment in the area so why not. I was told upfront that the Jeep was no longer under warranty as I had recently passed 100 000 km. Then I was told that the Jeep was hooked up to a computer but it needed extensive computer work which was going to cost $ ($89 per hr). So I paid $56 and change with no solution. I paid and left. Later on I drove to Pickering about 1 hr away. Bought groceries. Started the Jeep, now the dash still listed all the previous warnings, BUT it also now said "Gate" I pulled over to make sure the hatch was closed. It was. Yet the sensors said it was open and therefore my interior lights remained on while the car was turned on. Imagine my dismay when I realised my car issues had gotten a lot worse. I drove back home in the dark with my interior lights on. I went back to Lakeridge Chrysler the next day to ask if they could do anything to reverse at least the interior light issue and was told no. I would have to pay big for them to check it. I told them since I was no longer under warranty, I would take it to a local mechanic 5 minutes from my home. Lakeridge is 25 minutes away from my home. I tried to speak to a manager, left my name and number but was not contacted . I purchased this vehicle new. Experiences like this with Chrysler will affect future purchases. More

I purchased my 2011 Dodge Avenger from Matthew at Lakeridge Chrysler. Uponing arriving he promptly met me at the door and introducded himself as the owner. I was very impressed to learn that the owner would be helping me. After asking me a few questions, He recommended an Avenger. After driving the car, Matthew gave me a much higher trade in value than any other dealer I had been to. He also gave me a very aggresive price on the Avenger. The General Manager, Chad also helped me with the financing. I must say it was a pleasure to deal with him. He didn't try to push any other "products" on me. I picked up my new Avenger the next day! I must say that this was the most professional purchase I have ever made. The atmosphere at Lakeridge Chrylser was amazing. Everybody was chipping in to help out. I would HIGHLY recommended Matthew and his team!!! More
