Wasted my time. Dealer called me wanting to buy my truck and get me into a used vehicle. They insisted that I come down and they would give me very close to what I was asking. Of course their price wasn’t even close. What a waste of time. Maybe try taking an honest approach. I will never go to this dealer again More

Best dealership I been to in a long time. I bought a 2017 Mazda 3 a couple months ago from LA Mazda. So far I am very happy with the deal I got from these people, and I love my new car, fun to I bought a 2017 Mazda 3 a couple months ago from LA Mazda. The people here were great to work with and worked hard to get me the best deal and gave me the highest amount for my trade and weren't pushy or anything like that. I've tried sending a few of my friends that way but with this economy weren't ready to buy new yet, but be sure of one thing when they are I will be sending them your way, lol. After falling in love with a vehicle here our good experience here was stopped in its tracks. Andrew the finance guy was lazy and useless and did not seem to know how to do his job or deal with customers in any way, After going in for another vehicle to help rebuild our credit he has now screwed it up and hurt it badly again by his actions. I would in no way recommend this dealership to anyone unless you are looking for a drop in your credit and no vehicle in return without so much as a reason why. More

Absolutely Amazing Experience Brought back my BMW X6 to Lamazda with check engine light problem. Met Justin Meyer who introduced himself as the General Manager and assured me tha Brought back my BMW X6 to Lamazda with check engine light problem. Met Justin Meyer who introduced himself as the General Manager and assured me that this problem will be resolved He gave me loaner vehicle. Had to admit that I was a bit skeptical . I was given updated information on the status of the repairs and indicated to that BMW assured him that this problem will be fixed. He had also indicated to that if there was anything I need I should not hesitate to contact him. The check engine light problem was resolved,however, Justin indicated to me that the service department had found a slight leak that could be a problem so he is going to send the vehicle back to get that fixed. That problem was taken care of and I picked up the vehicle well clean with a full tank of gas! Had to admit I extremely surprised but elated at the same time As special thanks to Sandy from the Service Department for an amazing job in setting up all appointments with BMW Also to Used Car Manager Mike for an outstanding job. Congratulations for a job well done and a very amazing service. Keep up the great work! More
