Brittany Augusto was the first salesmen to meet and greet myself and my parents as we browsed around the used car lot. Brittany greeted us with a friendly smile, upbeat personality, and was quickly able to help us find the type of vehicle we were looking for. My parents and myself loved dealing with Brittany because of how approachable, charismatic, and professionally put together she acted and looked. I purchased the vehicle the same day we met Brittany. Brittany even phoned me the next day to ask how driving the new vehicle was and if I had any further question or concerns. Together with Kyd Connick, he found a suitable vehicle and we explored all possible options, including service contracts, insurances and the final vehicle buy-out price. At no point was there any push to close the sale with more than we desired. Patrick Watson handled the paperwork and financials with the minimum of fuss, ably supported by Shelly Posey and we collected our car within one week of the initial call. I test drove Lincolns and Fords, MKC, Escorts and all the way up to the Explorers. Shelly Posey and Kelly Dakus were very respective and patience with me while I came to my final decision to purchase an Explorer. They were always available when they said they would be and never tried to push the close but waited until I had decided. Once I had decided on the vehicle, they were honest and up front about all costs, warranty's and didn't push to sell after market products. Updating my Explorer was an excellent experience for me. I have recommended Koch Lincoln Ford in the past and will continue to do so in the future. More
