Never once had the feeling like we were just another sale as We were treated fantastically from the moment we started looking. Over the course of the purchase all our inquiries were treated promptly and professionally. When it came to the logistical side of things Patrick was also very easy to work with and also had answers to all of our questions. Overall the experience was great. Although this was our first purchase from Koch I've been bringing my truck there for regular maintenance for about seven years now and since then I've always been treated great. Mirza and Blair have been wonderful to deal with and have always properly advised me of the things that have had to get serviced right away and have told me when things can wait.
