After researching Koch Ford inventory online, I set up an appointment with Gail Grainger to test drive a couple of Ford Explorers (1 new and 1 previously owned). When I arrived for my appointment, both vehicles were ready for my inspection. I was treated with respect and patience while I asked questions and considered the options available with each vehicle. All of my questions were answered with knowledge and courtesy. After test driving both models and asking a few more questions, I was able to make a decision that satisfied all of the requirements and expectations of what I was looking for in a new vehicle. After choosing a brand new 2015 Ford Explorer Sport, the process of completing the financial arrangements was handled very professionally and expeditiously by Shelley Connick. I was extremely grateful for the additional suggestions made by Shelley to include chemical protection systems for my new Explorer. The thing I appreciated most was the delay (that’s right, I said “delay”) in picking up my new Explorer! Shelley explained that they did not want to rush the work of applying the protective agents to my new vehicle just to meet the time and date originally agreed to for final delivery. This made a very clear statement to me that my satisfaction with Koch Ford service in all areas - sales, financial, and mechanical - was of utmost importance. Also, the way each of the aforementioned services was provided to me was very smooth and fluid, from one step of the process to the next, right up until I took delivery of my new vehicle – in other words, from the beginning of the process to its conclusion. It became very clear to me that I was dealing with a cohesive team of individuals who all shared the same strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction. From my overall experience at Koch Ford, I know I am a valued customer, and that any maintenance or other service I may require will be handled with the same professionalism and commitment in the future! You can buy a nice new vehicle at any dealership on any street in any city you may happen to be shopping. And you can price shop all you want and haggle with the sales staff of any dealership to get the best deal possible.
