Recent purchase of our 2017 Escape This is the first time that I have had to go and purchase a vehicle without my husband as he is now in a wheelchair.and I was very nervous about this. I should not have been worried as both Brittany Augusto the pre-owned sales specialist and Dax Stuckey with finance were so nice and explained everything to me with great clarity. They were also both very patient and accommodating with the extra phone calls back and forth with my husband to answer his questions and give him more information. Pedro helped me out when I picked up the vehicle, giving me a run-down on some of the new extras that i was not familiar with. Everyone also encourage me to come back if I have any questions on anything at all to do with the vehicle which was very nice.
