Terrible experience. Purchased a vehicle from a sales associate who has completely unknowledgeable about the vehicle she was showing me. Since purchasing the car I have o Purchased a vehicle from a sales associate who has completely unknowledgeable about the vehicle she was showing me. Since purchasing the car I have only had issues with the contract. Blair at the service center provides 10/10 service and he always goes above and beyond for his clients. However, I asked to speak to a finance manager about the warranty that was being sold to me and Evan was anything less than helpful and could not give me more than 5 minutes of his time just to say “I can’t speak to that”. Terrible customer service. Do not recommend. More

Sammy and Philip were absolutely amazing, they were so courteous. They made my experience so easy. I was matched to a vehicle that fit everything I was looking for quickly. The paperwork was managed onlin courteous. They made my experience so easy. I was matched to a vehicle that fit everything I was looking for quickly. The paperwork was managed online, they transferred my registration and when i went into the dealership to pick the vehicle I spent a maximum of five minutes in the office. I bought a used Lexus from this dealership. There were scratches and marks on the body that they said there were going touch up. When I drove up to Edmonton to pick it up, they had touched the There were scratches and marks on the body that they said there were going touch up. When I drove up to Edmonton to pick it up, they had touched the marks with a different kind of white paint. The inner fender well on the front passenger side was also broken, and when I commented about it, the salesman just shrugged, like there’s nothing I can do….I also had to ask if I could get it washed. I am not very impressed. More
