Sammy and Philip were absolutely amazing, they were so courteous. They made my experience so easy. I was matched to a vehicle that fit everything I was looking for quickly. The paperwork was managed online, they transferred my registration and when i went into the dealership to pick the vehicle I spent a maximum of five minutes in the office. I bought a used Lexus from this dealership. There were scratches and marks on the body that they said there were going touch up. When I drove up to Edmonton to pick it up, they had touched the There were scratches and marks on the body that they said there were going touch up. The inner fender well on the front passenger side was also broken, and when I commented about it, the salesman just shrugged, like there’s nothing I can do….I also had to ask if I could get it washed.
