DO NOT do Business with Koch Ford Edmonton. I was dealing on a new vehicle purchase. Drove to Edmonton to pick up truck, and sign papers. Insurance was already transferred over.The sales manage I was dealing on a new vehicle purchase. Drove to Edmonton to pick up truck, and sign papers. Insurance was already transferred over.The sales manager Freddy was withholding $2500 off the deal in exchange for a 5 Star review survey from Ford. He Said once they get back the Survey and it had to be 5 star, and completed, he would mail me a check back.This is a form of bribery, and entrapment or even extortion. Finding out later that Koch Ford Edmonton, and salesman receives perks, and financial kickbacks maintaining a rating on sales, and maintaining a level for financial reward.The salesman Brandon, and sales Manager are rude, and feel entitled. They lost a 100k deal over a survey. If they were to just do there job, then they wouldn't have to extortion the customers. More
