When just had an amazing experience with Tom Moore. He is not your "typical" car salesman. He has a great sense of humor, made us feel very comfortable, and was not pushy at all. Extremely poor service request management. They messed up my appointment by booking it 7 days after the date that I was promised, they take the car in and do not have an update for 2 days. The They messed up my appointment by booking it 7 days after the date that I was promised, they take the car in and do not have an update for 2 days. The service manager Darryl kept saying I could take the car away if I wanted but they couldn’t give me an ETA, even after knowing the car was not in a safe driving condition as the brakes were not functioning. Ridiculous customer service, worst experience that i could ever expect from a service center that I relied on for over 5 years. Will never buy a car or give my car for service to this dealer ever again. More

I leased a 2018 Pathfinder from Kitchener Nissan and always had great service whenever I needed my car oil changed, tires change, repaired etc. Very caring organization, they always treated me like fami always had great service whenever I needed my car oil changed, tires change, repaired etc. Very caring organization, they always treated me like family. I was excited to pick up my new 2022 Pathfinder, the Sales Manger Jeff was great to deal with again and the Sales Agent Tom spent the right amount of time going through all the new features. I have been searching for a new to me Nissan for a bit now and have been to a few dealers (including my local one-Guelph). I can honestly say I have not received the information or service like I did in K now and have been to a few dealers (including my local one-Guelph).
