This place was amazing from start to finish. I am from Toronto and they were able to accommodate my schedule and bring the car to me for a test drive. Well I see all the wonderful reviews on people who bought a New vehicle but not a used one. I bought a used van one year ago and had nothing but putoffs, no responses concerning issues with the van,no hel a New vehicle but not a used one. I bought a used van one year ago and had nothing but putoffs, no responses concerning issues with the van,no help in correcting problems, salesman was a real smooth talker when it came close to buying. Biggest killer was finding out there was no GPS when I went to use it driving home. Called salesman and told him about it so he checked and now said it wasn't included!!! I reminded him that when we first looked over the van i asked about Nav and he said yes. Issues this not a lie?? You think you trust the salesman....apparently. not. Our side door doesn't lock when you arm it. Meaning, if armed you can still open the door. Big Safety issue..He asked for an estimate on fixing that but nothing ever happened. I called and called with no responce or just putting us off. The unfortunate part was we bought it in Kitchener and we were in Wiarton. With all the issues that happened and discovered and another unheard of issue.. Sent registered mail to managers, call the Provincial or Ontario motor association We got a real lemon. Never again..
