Crooks Offered me less than half on my trade in compared to dealer 15km away. Did not feel comfortable with sales person. Service dept. Can't even balance tires properly!!! Took in for tire vibration. Honda odyssey. Was told by service rep only front tires need balancing. They only balanced one front tire. A week later Took to a tire sepecialist shop for a rebalance. The one tire kitcherner honda tried to balance was out the worst. All other three required a slight adjustment. Smooth as silk on the highway now no thanks to the stealer ship Kitchener honda. Don't know about sales. More

They don't seem to care. I remember these guys. I contacted them looking to test drive a vehicle. Specifically a CRZ - as one was listed on the website inventory. When I sp I remember these guys. When I spoke with the receptionist she explained the vehicle was not very popular, and that they didn't have that vehicle. She didn't volunteer to put me through to a sales person, and didn't bother to check nearby Honda dealerships. I was actually hunting for an Si at the time and was intrigued when I saw the CRZ on the website inventory list. I haven't bothered following up with them. They've got a really neat location though. The vehicle is AWESOME and I went in there with a small request to have the vehicle within the same day and thankfully I was dealing with the guy to make it happen. On the plus side I did get the manager to wave a small fee after 15 min of going back and forth about it. More
