Also this vehicle is 6000 cheaper at any other dealership. Also they wanted to replace my tone ring for 600 and my steering column for 1500. I got it done way cheaper somewhere else. My tone ring didn't need replacing. Sometimes when you get dirt into it it will affect your ABS. I think I learned shopping around is important. Oh but sales rep Bobby is a really good guy I thought. Bryan is someone we will deal with again in the future. He then sent us over to Alyssa Brownlee for the financial part who again was amazing and friendly to deal with. She was very helpful with warranty, finance etc....she also was amazing with our children and remembered it was our daughter's birthday the day we picked our vehicle up and had a some bling for her special day. Beyond the Call in Customer Care Thanks to Cam Roseborough, Sales Rep at Kitchen Ford for the 'over the top' service provided on our purchase of a 1011 Flex, earlier this month. We ar Thanks to Cam Roseborough, Sales Rep at Kitchen Ford for the 'over the top' service provided on our purchase of a 1011 Flex, earlier this month. We are loving the car. It took us down East with the 'promised' 8 lL per 100 km rating and rode like a charm. We especially appreciated the fact that Cam went out of his way to make the deal happen without the two of us ever meeting. That he picked up my partner in Brantford so that she could complete the paperwork and drive the Flex home the 435 km home, was truly 'beyond the call.' Not only was his pre-sale service exemplary, but he got back to us with the keyless lock entry number and worked out the satellite radio details while we were on route to N.S., swiftly and oh so painlessly. Cam gets our highest recommendation. More
