Very helpful when vehicle in for warranty work I had my vehicle in for warranty work. It had to be in overnight because of the time for repair. They also called me immediately when the work was done which allowed me to return the rental car before going to work. More

Disappointing and expensive service Had my Tiguan repaired... Needed a new water pump... Not only was I quoted seven hours of work for it - longer than I had read online this would take. But I was also charged eight hours of work when I picked up the car... After pointing it out, it took 20 minutes to have the mistake corrected... But no explanation for overcharging me by 150 dollars or apology... Disappointing... More

I visited Kingston VW to purchase a New 2013 Tiguan. I wasn't sure of the options I wanted but I figured I would just try them out there. Well of course they didn't have a model with the Nav system, which wasn't sure of the options I wanted but I figured I would just try them out there. Well of course they didn't have a model with the Nav system, which was a key option for me. The sales person said we will just order one for you but "we need a $500 non-refundable deposit". You expect me to pay a non-refundable deposit for a vehicle I don't even know that I want? So between the cold salesperson, stiff pricing, and the lack of stock, I went elsewhere. I went back in to Kingston VW for my 15,000km service several months later ( I bought my Tiguan in Belleville and saved $2700), and when I booked my appointment I was promised my vehicle would be completed by 1pm. "Sorry sir we had a lot of people waiting from walk-ins". Are you kidding me? My vehicle wasn't finished until 4pm. So between the lack of respect for people with appointments, LIES, and the service staff telling me that my oil (synthetic) should be changed every 7500km ( VW factory and other dealers say every 15,000kms), yes you read that right, I will never dawn those doors again. They just lie to make a buck. More
