I could go line by line on all the things my car supposedly needed after 4 (!) months and less than 2,000 km- from spark plugs to the four “ bald” tires I “needed”.( Interestingly, there was no tread depth given on the technician work order just a check under no tread) That and the fact that one tire is less than 1 year old and less than 2,000 new km. I can clearly see the tread is fine ….I let them change the 12 volt battery from their list as it is 8 years old and the technician returned the car for pick up without resetting any of the dash visuals. General knowledge is that electronics need a reset after a battery installation. Just sloppy work and no one overseeing their work sheet. Took my car to another mechanic from the Toyota yard and they just shook their heads looking at the recommendations and explained ‘flat rate mark up sales’ to me in the auto industry. Ive also had luck with rest of the team in there except one key thing... I can never get home if my truck needs work that takes any amount of time.... All the other dealers ive used give me something to drive home or back to work untill the work is complete ... I hate feeling stranded and the shuttle is way to limited. And useless for me More

Purchased a 2020 RAV4 with the oil change package Aro ng December 2019. I am by no means a mechanic and trust that the service reps would look up the history of the vehicle to book the proper service packag December 2019. The dash board clearly shows maintenance soon, but the tire changer failed to report this to the service rep. Maybe my mistake for not following up and questioning what has been booked for my vehicle. I was actually going to talk to sales to see about trading in for the plugin RAV4, I think I'll take the advice from the other reviewer on here and got to Belleville. More
