WIsh I could give less than 1 star These guys are crooks. They tried to have me return a lease so they could resell it when I wanted to buy it out. New Rims/Tires Very disappointed with my new rims I bought with my new winter tires a few days ago. The rims were “basic” but brand new. As I was leaving, I inspected my tires to insure they were well intact. I noticed all 4 rims were deeply scratched. Almost like they were all dragged on cement before being installed. Unfortuneltly I was short on time due to work to complain about it. The following Day, I received a call from an office that’s associated with Honda in Ottawa. I explained what happened and told her I already left an email in regards to the issue (which no one ever replied) and got transferred to the kingston dealership where I was asked to leave a voice mail to Jeff who deals with situations like this. They said he was on his lunch break. Haven’t heard back from him since. This isn’t the first time I had poor customer service. Each and everytime I had to deal with the payout, ALL the employees who works that specific desk aren’t very pleasant. They are unhappy, they cut you short and don’t even say thank you for YOUR money. It’s very unfortunate because every business I know, they ALWAYS bend backwards for their customers and insure you are satisfied with everything. I honestly looked past all these negative reviews but in the end, I should have travelled the extra 45 mins to Belleville’s Honda Dealship instead. More

After reading some of the negative reviews I was planning to go elsewhere....then decided to give them a call. I'm glad I did because I was able to get an appointment and left as a happy customer. I was scheduled to leave my car...but when I was checking in the fellow said it would be about an hour...so I decided to wait. The car was finished ahead of schedule and I was on my way. And they followed my special instructions as requested The next day I received a follow up call from the dealership to ensure that I was happy with the service I received. So my guess is they might have had some problems in the past....but they are working hard to ensure a good customer experience. Every person I was in contact with was very pleasant and helpful. I will definitely return and recommend this dealership. Deborah More

Do not get your Honda serviced here! I had an appointment and arrived 10 minutes early. I checked in and waited for over an hour and still did not see my vehicle in the garage. I then checked with the service desk and they told me they were running a little behind. They could have told me that when I arrived. I left and without service and will never return to this dealership again. More
Visiting I was at a cottage nearby and needed service done on my vehicle. I was impressed that I was able to book my appointment via email since my phone rece I was at a cottage nearby and needed service done on my vehicle. I was impressed that I was able to book my appointment via email since my phone reception was not good. Service was done in the estimated time and staff was very nice. My only big issue is that the WiFi didn't connect so I couldn't get much work done during my wait. More

Fleeced by Kingston Honda Took my Honda Ody. for Engine Malfunction light staying on. After over 2000 dollars from Dec /16 to March the problem was still there. After first trip I took it it back as a bolt was missing and one fan in front of rad not plugged it. They replaced 2 PCV Valves , one valve cover, timing belt,adjusted valves. I was leaving for vacation and after my last trip to the Kingston Honda the light came on again. I took it to a dealer in my town who fixed it in one day. It was the mass air flow sensor. I was told that I was ripped off with all these extra parts that they put on. These guys are crooks. Open your hood only to the Honda Dealer is xx. Take your vehicle any place but there. More
