I just bought a new Elantra at Kingscross Hyundai and I recommend them 100% ! I was looking to buy a new car and anywhere I looked there was nothing available for a few months. Everyone who is looking recommend them 100% ! I was looking to buy a new car and anywhere I looked there was nothing available for a few months. Everyone who is looking for a car now, knows it is not easy to find anything for immediate delivery. Justin Lee at Kingscross Hyundai got me the car I wanted in just a few days ! Not only the exact car I wanted but in the colour I wanted in less than a week delivered! On top of that, he was extremely professional, answering all the questions I had and making me feel very comfortable through the whole process. He knew exactly how much I wanted to spend and everything was done according to my budget. I could not be happier ! Thank you Justin !! Nina the representative who attended me was extremely helpful and nice. She was very comfortable to deal with and explained everything to me well. Unlike many other dealerships they didn't overcharge me helpful and nice. She was very comfortable to deal with and explained everything to me well. Service was fine, but it's the second time now that my car has come out with damage. Both times, the manager argued with me about whether it happened at their shop, and the first time they repaired it but car has come out with damage. Both times, the manager argued with me about whether it happened at their shop, and the first time they repaired it but the second time he refused to take responsibility despite their claim to "walkarounds before and after service". Jasmine was good, but the manager (who never gave me his name) was absolutely awful. Will never service my vehicle here again. More
