Had a bad sales experiences both times I've gone there (my car then my wifes) - poor service, couldn't justify their rates or "option" costs, clearly in it for themselves and not their customers. Their service department is ok with basic things like oil changes/tire swaps. I had the flashing check engine light go off. Dropped it off first thing in the morning and it took them all day to fix, providing no updates until I called them for one. Said it was fixed right as they were closing on Friday. Picked it up first thing Saturday and the engine was stalling and shuddering. Couldn't get back until Monday morning and couldn't use the car all weekend. Took it in first thing Monday morning. Again didn't get any updates until I called twice for an update. Had to escalate it to Hyundai Canada. Tuesday goes by with no update and no response to the voicemail I left. Wednesday morning still no update so call again. Receptionist says the agent is busy and will call back. Over an hour later they still haven't called so I call back and leave a message. They return the call 10 minutes later saying they are working on it. 90 minutes later they call to say the issue is the battery and I need to pay to replace it. 5 days with no car when all it took was checking the battery, which is supposed to be part of the service they did when I first brought it in. Final straw with Kingscross - go elsewhere. More
