Hi Sahil, we're sorry that you were disappointed in our service. As we tried to explain to you, your vehicle's electrical system is interconnected. A weak battery will put a heavier load on your starter which could lead to premature failure, and likewise a faulty starter will weaken the battery which will reduce its lifespan. We have records of your battery testing below acceptable thresholds and stand by our recommendation of replacing your battery which is now over 5 years old. This is to ensure trouble-free operation so you don't get stranded especially in the upcoming winter months. Please let us know if you reconsider, we are here and ready to help.

Hi there, Is that the Hyundai policy or Kingcross Hyundai policy, pay for the battery first $450 and then they will check the other parts of the vehicle. Eventually, I went to thornhill Hyundai they kept the car overnight and found starter motor is the main problem of car not starting.

Our job is to look after your car not just for today but for many years to come. You may save little on the battery now but pay more later when your starter (and possibly other electrical components) fail prematurely again. Short term pain, long term gain!
