I hoped to be a happy returning client…but unfortunately, it didn’t happen, and I’m honestly shocked how the simple process of buying a new car turns to a nightmare for me. I didn’t want to write this review, but because of how the company and its representatives are treating me, I have no choice. First of all, I sighed to get a specific new car, and I was so happy and grateful how fast and professional they were. But(!) once I signed everything, Rajit Dhawan said this car was sold(!)… Rajit and Nina started offering me another car with mileage up to 1000 km… so it’s not a new car technically… I said no. So they promised me to find me another car and keep me updated, but I got only silence…. I asked for a refund of my deposit… I was told it takes couple of days, but still I didn’t get my money back… By the way, we didn’t have conflict, I asked everything kindly and with respect. I can understand that some issues might happen, so it’s better to cancel everything peacefully… But the representatives of company prefer to avoid any contact with me!!! So, that’s give an idea that there is a deception from them, and I have to take legal steps… Please future customers be careful to deal with this centre! I’m very disappointed… More
