Yesterday 11/15/2018. I dropped off Sonata for recall services. service room was full of customers. While my car was in service, I overheard he was following up to customer over the phone. he spent about 10 mins to explain clearly to customer on phone. May be you would say he spent too much to explain to customer. But you had same experience like me, you would not think the same thing. if you received a call that "your car has broken pipe, it will cost about $350 to replace it, when you ask what causing this issue. they replied don't know... then keep silence.. then you ask again what is the worst case if not change the pipe, then they answer your car will broken down in the middle of road, then they keep silence on phone again". I think you would agree with me if you had my experience. More

"astonoshing service experience!" I walked in on a Saturday morning and had asked the receptionist for an oil change. I was told that they are fully booked that day but when she asked I walked in on a Saturday morning and had asked the receptionist for an oil change. I was told that they are fully booked that day but when she asked Edwin he accepted me but will have to wait for approx. 2 hrs which I agreed. To my surprise! I was able to have my car oil changed within an hour wait only! Thanks Edwin for the promised that you will do your best to have the service done the soonest you can. It was an astonishing service experience!! More

In addition to the 2-year major service, it was evident that my vehicle needed repair/replacement of a part. Imtiyaz advised me of my option on either to replace it right away or at my next service, since it was a costly replacement. He took me to the garage and showed me what was wrong and the part that was needed to be replaced. All this was very helpful to me in assessing the situation and deciding on what I needed to do. Imtiyaz arranged for transport to take me home and pick me up since my vehicle would not be ready for around 5 hours. I commend Imtiyaz on his impeccable service and dedication in ensuring that the customer is given the best service possible! More
