I have been bringing my 2013 Elantra to the service dept at Kingscross since 2013 and have found this dept to be exceptional. I recently purchased a certified preowned 2018 Elantra and after discovering 1 at Kingscross since 2013 and have found this dept to be exceptional. I recently purchased a certified preowned 2018 Elantra and after discovering 1 minor issue with the care, I brought it in to the service dept and was taken care of by Edwin Ho. Edwin took care of the issue and had me in and out of service very quickly and was very gracious and efficient. I highly recommend Edwin and the entire team in Kingscross service department. In my opinion, very impressive! More

This review is to recognize how Kenneth Leung handled the issues I had after dealing with his team. At first, I thought, after I gave my negative review, it will not be dealt with anymore. But seems the deal issues I had after dealing with his team. At first, I thought, after I gave my negative review, it will not be dealt with anymore. But seems the dealership takes the reviews seriously. I got a call from Kenneth and he wanted to know what was the reason for my negative review. After his internal review, he did extend some courtesy to me because of the inconveniences that I experienced. I told Kenneth that I wanted the used liners of the Palisade from the service car they provided me while I was waiting for the new car, even paying 50% off, I am fine. He did not give the used liner to me, instead, he gave me a "brand new" TuxMat liner for Palisade which I loved! and already put in my car! I know in the background, Clayton, which I believe is the owner if I am not mistaken, also works to resolve the issue I had. As Kenneth said to move on since people make mistakes, I understand that and I already did move on. I commend these people especially Kenneth who reached out to me. Thank you very much and for sure I will definitely recommend this dealership to my family, relatives, and friends if they are planning to buy a Hyundai car. More

Great staff, very knowledgeable advisors, fast receptionist .I was here on March 9, waiting in the waiting no complaints for the staff here everyone was great, only issue that arised was there was receptionist .I was here on March 9, waiting in the waiting no complaints for the staff here everyone was great, only issue that arised was there was 1 customer who was in the waiting room coughing with his mask down, the staff had asked him to put his mask back on and he got aggressive with the staff esp with the manager and receptionist. I felt so bad for the receptionist as a man should never talk to a female that way, I hope this guy is banned from the dealership as he had no care for the others in the building, he also refused to leave when asked too due to him refusing the policy to keep mask on! More

I went to Kingscross hyundai to do 7 times oil consumption tests due to internal engine oil burning issue. Mr. Garman Fung really helped me, guided me, and assisted me to get through the all the o consumption tests due to internal engine oil burning issue. Mr. Garman Fung really helped me, guided me, and assisted me to get through the all the oil consumption tests to advocating with Hyundai Canada behalf of myself to get warrenty cover for my defected engine part to be replaced by Hyundai Canada. I went for a recall and am very happy with the work done and the service that I received.I was told a 2-hour wait. it was 1 1/2 hours and I was offered a bottle of water in lieu of coffee!
